Considering the pandemic , All sales are final and refunds are not allowed except in situation where an entirely different size or design was sent to you. Our REFUND policy for a different design or size delivered is valid for 24 hours after shipment is delivered. Clothing must be unused and in the same condition received. MISSING PACKAGE: We ensure tracking details of your shipment are sent to you once picked up by the courier company, therefore we are not responsible for missing package of shipment sent to the right address

When your order’s ready to leave our warehouse we’ll email to let you know. Then you can Track your order for regular updates. Only just ordered? You can check your order status and contact details in My Account.

Select the options below to request a cancellation or delivery address change. Amendments and cancellations cannot be guaranteed. We will get in touch to confirm if your request has been successful.

Please note – we cannot make any amendments to the items, quantities or sizes in your order. If you believe you have ordered the incorrect items please request a cancellation and place a new order for the correct items.

When you place an order at Chrissie Couture you should receive a confirmation email immediately. If you have not received an email after 10 minutes, please check your junk/spam folder.

If you have still not received a confirmation email after checking your junk/spam folder then login to your account to check the status of your order.

If you wish to change your order, please contact us as soon after placing it as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, you will not be able to change your order. In this case you may wish to refer to our returns policy.
All payments are processed by PayPal and Woocommerce powered by Stripe Debit/Credit Cards When you pay using PayPal you can also use your debit/credit card, even if you don’t have a PayPal account (and you won’t be required to create one)
We usually dispatch all items within 3-5 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). If you have not received your order after the time specified on our Delivery Policy please contact us as soon as possible.
